Before returning any firearm, please contact the 3betCustomer Service Department. After the 3betCustomer Service Department has reviewed the circumstances for your request, and upon approval, the Customer Service Department will supply a unique RMA (Return Material Authorization) number and detailed instructions for return.
Once an RMA number has been provided, please note the following:
General Packing Instructions:
Use a plain cardboard box with no markings indicating hazardous or restricted contents. Please direct any related questions to the carrier if you are unsure about any markings or labels present.
Please clearly write “RMA [ *]” boldly on the outside of the return box. Products returned without a visible and legible Return Material Authorization (RMA) number will not be accepted.
Do NOT ship live ammunition to 3betunder any circumstances.
3betassumes no responsibility for damage or loss resulting from improper packaging and/or shipping.
General Shipping Instructions:

3betprovides a prepaid FedEx Return Service Label (RSL) for warranty returns. For firearm returns not covered under warranty, the purchase of a roundtrip shipping label under Kimber’s FedEx account is required.
If the RSL email does not arrive within one business day of this email, please check your spam or junk mail folders for the email before contacting 3betCustomer Service to resend the label.
If you receive a QR code RSL, bring your sealed package to an authorized FedEx Ship Center or FedEx Office Print & Ship Center. Show your QR code to the FedEx team, and they’ll print the label for you. Please to search for the nearest authorized location. IMPORTANT: your package must be packed and ready for shipment prior to entering the FedEx facility.
Handguns
Record the product serial number and RMA number for personal records.
Ensure that all ammunition has been removed.
Remove any aftermarket or frame-mounted accessories (lasers, lights, etc.). 3betis not responsible for any lost or damaged accessories.
Do not disassemble. Place the assembled, unloaded pistol between the foam in its original case or in an unlocked, padded container able to withstand rough handling in transit.
Place magazine(s) under the foam to ensure they do not come into contact with the pistol.
After securing the case, package it in a plain cardboard box. Add additional padding material if necessary.
Do not attempt to bring your packaged firearm to any FedEx location other than a FedEx Ship Center or FedEx Office Print & Ship Center. Firearms are NOT allowed at these locations.
If FedEx advises additional documents or fees are required or will not accept your properly packaged firearm, contact 3betCustomer Service immediately while still at the FedEx Center – do NOT pay any amount. 3betwill NOT reimburse shipping costs for any reason.
3betmay require proof of eligibility regarding the return of a firearm. Once service has been completed and, if applicable, 3bethas received any and all documents and/or information it requires, a UPS or FedEx email notification will be sent indicating that the firearm has been shipped. Please note that someone age 21 or older must be present to sign for the delivery.
Rifles
Record the product serial number and RMA number for personal records.
Ensure that all ammunition has been removed.
Remove any aftermarket accessories prior to packaging (optics, rings, slings, etc.). 3betis not responsible for any lost or damaged accessories.
Remove the bolt. Wrap the bolt separately and ensure it does not come in contact with the rifle when packaged.
Pack in the original, padded box or in a plastic rifle case. 3betis not responsible for damaged rifle cases. If shipping in another padded cardboard box, use additional packing material around the muzzle to prevent it from breaking through the cardboard.
After securing the case, package it in a plain cardboard box. Add additional padding material if necessary.
Do not attempt to bring your packaged firearm to any FedEx location other than a FedEx Ship Center or FedEx Office Print & Ship Center. Firearms are NOT allowed at these locations.

Slides and Other Non-Firearm Product Returns
Record the RMA number for personal records.
If you are shipping a handgun slide only, pack the slide between the foam of original case or in an unlocked, padded container able to withstand rough handling in transit.
After securing the case, package it in a plain cardboard box. Add additional padding material if necessary.
Non-firearm shipments with a Kimber-provided Return Service Label (RSL) may be dropped off at any FedEx drop-off location.
If a non-firearm return is not eligible for an RSL from Kimber, shipping is at customer’s discretion via USPS, FedEx, UPS, or any of their outlets (subject to any such carrier’s applicable policies and procedures).
3betrecommends carriers with tracking capabilities.
Be certain to retain your tracking number.
We highly recommend you insure your shipment as 3betis not responsible for loss or damage during transit.
